Project partnerships
Contact Jaysen if you have an Arizona property, renovation skills or an interest in working together on a project.
How partnerships begin
Jaysen reviews each inquiry based on the property, timing, costs and work involved. Sending a message does not commit either side to a project.
Tell Jaysen about your experience, budget and the types of projects that interest you.
Share a property address, its condition and any known sale or auction deadline.
Tell Jaysen what work you do, the areas you serve and your availability.
Before working together
Agree on who handles the work, who makes decisions and how updates will be shared.
Review the purchase price, repairs, holding costs, schedule and possible risks.
Review the project with your advisers and put the agreed terms in writing before starting.
Risk disclosure
Real estate projects may be affected by construction overruns, delays, title issues, financing, market changes, casualty, permitting, resale conditions, and other risks. Prospective partners should rely on their own legal, tax, and financial advisers and should participate only if they can bear the risk of loss.
