Information you provide

We collect the contact and property details you submit, such as your address, phone number, name, email, property condition and selling timeline. Partnership inquiries may also include your experience, budget and message.

When a request is saved

Clicking Get Offer saves your property address and phone number, even if you do not finish the next screen. The remaining answers update that same request. Typing into a form without submitting it does not create a saved inquiry.

How we use your information

We use your details to answer your request, review a property or project, coordinate appointments and manage a possible transaction. We also use limited technical information to keep the website working and prevent abuse.

Advertising details and browser storage

Our forms may save ad-source details, such as UTM tags and Google or Meta click IDs, so we know where an inquiry came from. The website uses temporary browser storage to keep those details while you move between pages. Hosting and communication providers may keep technical logs needed to operate their services.

Calls and email

When you submit an offer or partnership request, you ask Jaysen to contact you by phone or email about that request. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Submitting a property inquiry does not enroll you in a text-message program.

Optional text messages

Text-message signup is separate and optional. If you choose to opt in, The Flip Machine may text you about your property inquiry, appointment times and next steps. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Text consent is not a condition of requesting an offer, buying, selling or using our services.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information only to deliver communications and support our service.

Who may receive your information

We may use hosting, email and other service providers to process a request. When needed for a transaction you choose to pursue, we may share relevant details with title or escrow companies and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Storage and security

Form requests are saved in WordPress and emailed to Jaysen. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We keep records as needed to respond to inquiries, complete transactions and meet legal requirements. SMS consent records include the submitted number, date, source page and disclosure shown.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct or delete your information, or stop future contact. We may retain records needed for legal or transaction purposes. To stop texts, reply STOP or contact us directly.

Children and policy changes

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this policy and will show the revised date above.
