This website provides information about The Flip Machine and lets you contact Jaysen Robles. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. Sending a form does not create a purchase contract, agency relationship or partnership.

The Flip Machine may buy a property directly, work with another buyer or assign a contractual interest. We may earn a profit from a purchase, resale or assignment. The proposed structure and any required disclosures will be explained before you sign.

Foreclosure and auction deadlines

An inquiry, offer or purchase contract does not automatically delay or cancel a trustee sale. Confirm the sale date and any changes with the trustee or lender. The Flip Machine is not a law firm or foreclosure counseling service.

Project and partnership inquiries

Information on this site is not an offer to sell securities, a promise of returns or a commitment to a project. Real estate projects can lose money. Any project relationship requires its own review and written agreement.
